2. Independent Retailer

Roboticmowersireland.ie is an independent Irish retailer of robotic lawn mowers and related products.

References to manufacturers, trademarks and product brands identify the products offered for sale.

A manufacturer's name or trademark does not by itself indicate that Roboticmowersireland.ie is the manufacturer, owner of that trademark, or officially affiliated with that manufacturer.

Where a specific authorised dealer, installer or other commercial relationship applies, it is described accurately.

3. Sales Territory

Products sold through Roboticmowersireland.ie are available for sale and delivery within the Republic of Ireland only.

We do not offer standard website delivery outside the Republic of Ireland.

Orders submitted for delivery outside our supported territory can be rejected and any payment collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded.

4. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product:

  • names;
  • photographs;
  • specifications;
  • descriptions;
  • prices; and
  • availability

are accurate.

Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes. Minor appearance differences can exist due to product revisions, manufacturing updates or screen display settings.

Where a manufacturer's specification changes, the current specification supplied by the manufacturer applies provided the change does not materially alter the product purchased without informing the customer.

If we identify a material error affecting an order, we contact the customer before proceeding.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed for consumers are shown in euro (€).

The checkout displays the total amount payable before the customer places the order, including applicable VAT and any delivery, installation or other charges applying to the transaction.

There are no undisclosed mandatory charges added after the customer has committed to the purchase.

For dealer installation, the installation cost depends on the mower, lawn area and work required. The applicable installation price is disclosed and agreed before the customer commits to that service.

6. Orders

Placing an order represents an offer to purchase the products in the order.

After an order is submitted, an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation can be issued.

An order is subject to:

  • successful payment or payment authorisation;
  • product availability;
  • valid customer and delivery information; and
  • acceptance of the order by us.

If we cannot supply an ordered product, we contact you and refund any amount collected for the unavailable item.

We do not substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

7. Stock Availability

Stock information is kept as accurate as reasonably possible.

Occasionally, stock can become unavailable before website information is updated, including where several customers purchase the final available units within a short period.

If an ordered product cannot be supplied, we contact the customer and provide the available options, including a full refund where the order cannot be fulfilled.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment information must be accurate and the customer must be authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do not impose additional undisclosed payment obligations after the order is placed.

9. Delivery

Our Delivery Information forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

We deliver within the Republic of Ireland using carriers including An Post and DPD.

Qualifying orders over €75 receive free delivery.

Self-install robotic lawn mowers supplied in their shipping packaging are delivered free of charge within the Republic of Ireland.

For orders below €75 that do not otherwise qualify for free delivery, the applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Dealer installation is separate from standard parcel delivery and carries an installation charge based on the mower and installation requirements.

10. Delivery Responsibility

Where we arrange delivery, the goods remain our responsibility until they are physically received by:

  • the customer; or
  • another person nominated by the customer to receive them.

If an order is lost or damaged while being transported by a carrier appointed by us, contact us so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

11. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address has been entered incorrectly.

Once an order has entered the carrier's delivery network, an address change cannot always be completed.

Additional costs directly caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery arising from incorrect customer information, or an uncollected shipment can be charged where legally permitted and where the customer has been informed.

12. Dealer Installation

Certain robotic lawn mowers can be supplied with professional dealer installation.

Installation pricing is not represented as free unless expressly stated.

The charge depends on factors including:

  • mower model;
  • lawn size;
  • site layout;
  • terrain;
  • installation complexity;
  • additional equipment;
  • connectivity requirements; and
  • additional work required at the property.

The installation scope and price are communicated before the customer commits to the installation.

If additional work is discovered that was not included in the agreed scope, we obtain the customer's agreement before carrying out chargeable additional work.

13. Self-Installation

Products described as suitable for self-installation are supplied for customers to install in accordance with:

  • the manufacturer's instructions;
  • product documentation;
  • safety instructions; and
  • applicable installation requirements.

Customers should read the relevant instructions before installing or operating the equipment.

Damage caused by installation or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions is not treated as a product manufacturing fault.

This does not affect statutory rights where the goods themselves are faulty or non-conforming.

14. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Our separate Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Consumers buying qualifying products online generally have a statutory cooling-off period.

Our policy explains:

  • cancellation timescales;
  • return procedures;
  • return costs;
  • refund procedures;
  • faulty-goods rights; and
  • installation-related returns and cancellations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts statutory consumer rights.

15. Faulty Goods

Products must conform to the contract and applicable Irish consumer legislation.

If a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, statutory remedies apply.

Manufacturer warranties do not replace your rights against us as the retailer.

16. Product Safety and Intended Use

Products must be operated and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Customers are responsible for:

  • reading supplied safety documentation;
  • keeping safety systems operational;
  • using products only for their intended purpose;
  • following installation requirements; and
  • keeping children, animals and other persons safe around operating machinery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Website Information

We work to keep Roboticmowersireland.ie secure, operational and accurate.

Website availability can be interrupted by:

  • maintenance;
  • technical faults;
  • security work;
  • internet service interruptions; or
  • other technical events.

Errors identified in material product or order information are corrected as soon as reasonably possible.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, website content including original:

  • text;
  • design;
  • graphics;
  • branding;
  • photographs; and
  • layout

is owned by or licensed for use by International Systems and Equipment Limited.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Website content cannot be reproduced commercially without the appropriate permission.

21. Irish Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits rights provided to consumers under mandatory Irish or European Union consumer law.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the statutory right takes precedence.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights relating to jurisdiction and consumer protection provided by applicable law.
